Buescher 400 TH&C

Beautiful, early Buescher 400 Top Hat & Cane.

This alto saxophone is built in the last year of WW II. His appearance is beautiful vintage: most of the lacquer is long gone and the brass has a nice dark patina. The body is straight, not a single accident in 70 years. No mechanical play: the instrument is extremely well built and the previous owners didn’t play a lot. The sound is open and clear with a nice edge, typical for a good Top Hat & Cane alto.
