This is a Kohlert stencil from the mid thirties, completely overhauled. Kohlert was in that time the biggest saxophone building company in Germany. (Keilwerth started his career there) It is a very solid instrument, hasn’t been played a lot and has a big, broad and open sound: beautiful! Intonation is a piece of cake. Great horn!
